‘Giant Chicken’ Sighting Upsets Small Town

PINE GROVE, West Virginia – The local Frontier Days festival turned into a nightmare for local residents of a small town when a “giant chicken” harassed the crowd.

Held every year at Valley High School, witnesses said that the chicken came from the large wooded area behind the school’s football field.

“It just kind of appeared out of nowhere,” said witness Mark Johnson. “It attacked the food tent first.”

Among the damage done was several thousand dollars in portable catering equipment and a lot of scared festivalgoers.

“It was terrifying,” said mother Sherry Rhodes. “It’s something I’ll never forget.”

Authorities believe this could be the same chicken that was recently reported disturbing a minor league baseball game in Pennsylvania. The search for more information is ongoing.
